Pushing it that little bit more

I have moved past the weekend now so i am not going to blog about it! It was just drama on top of drama and i don't what it in my life so i am moving on

OK on the sporting and fitness front of things
I am turning up the dial today
  • 40km ride to work n home 
  • swim session at lunch 
  • 2 hrs of hockey with 45mins of fitness tonight!
Yesterday I rode my little heart out on the way home then jumped off the bike into a 3km run (was suppose to be a 5km run) but dinner had to be cook and the family was waiting. But i still did it and i was happy with the result at the end 20km -39mins ride. (3 big hills and lots of traffic but i did have the wind at my back) and 13mins 32secs for 3kms so my legs where good!.

I have some new scales too and have been still trying to lose the extra weight but its not moving at the moment. My new gym (it is being built at the moment does not start till June. so i have to look at some weights at home so i can move this weight. I have worked out my body fat % and it is going down. at the moment it is 27 so still lots of work to do there to, as i would like it to one day be below 20%.

anyway back to work for me .. i have booked holidays next week so lots and lots of work to do :) yiippppee NOT!
