Well i am sitting here eating at the moment ... Yep you heard me correctly .....eating ... It seems the more fresh, healthy good food i eat, I can eat , my body does not want to vomit it back up. So steam veggies, fruit, brown rice and a little meat and I seem to be fine plus water lots and lots of water.... seem to be the best diet ever - just add baby and exhaustion.
On the Exercise front I have embarrassed the gym again, I canceled my membership back in Feb - focusing on my tri and with my job being a little unsteady, I thought it was a good move at the time but then signed up with a new gym as work is currently all good again, the gym was to be opened in June but was delayed till July the 6th. Today was my first day at the gym, (only my hour for lunch) - but a good start - sweated my butt off, Tomorrow I will get a new program which should keep me fit and fab for the bub and my tri's after the baby. i spent 30mins today on the bike at the gym - this is going to be my best friend (as i can no longer ride in the big wide world till After Bub )
Hockey is still ok for the next couple of weeks or so, i am trying to get my fix in while i can and play as best i can, hoping that i will not have the withdrawals like I did with Little Miss (i missed a hole season it was so hard siting on the side lines... I am just not that kind of girl)
On other news we (Little Family) went and seen Toy Story 3 on Saturday. First time taking LM to the movies and I was hoping that she was not going to freak out (like the plane ride to Melbourne back in April) I had spoken to LM about the whole thing the week leading up to going, for example. "Its dark in the movies", "You have to stay in your seat", "You have to be very quiet and not talk too loud". My wonderful daughter remember everything i had told her. She also remember to shhoosshh both myself and OH when ever we laughed. It was a wonderful family experience!.
ok thats it for the moment hope that ties you over Mel, I hope to have some more information when i get my program at the gym and talk to the Doctor next week. I am also starting to clean like mad - which my house so needs so thats a good thing. If i could just stay awake instead of half doing a job and getting too tried to compete it!
