i have two minutes to eat my lunch and then i have to get cracking and get back to work, I have been given two extra projects that are so time consuming. i am now the head engineer of our 5 web sites as well as all my other duties, and marketing has dropped a 30pg document on updates and changes on my desk.. I have spent two days trying to learn the programming language for just 2 of the web sites. I have till Friday to implement the new changes before submitting to QA, Putting my hair out at the same time as the two guys that used to do all the changes are now on a new project that has to be finished in 2 weeks so they have no time for my questions, Oh well nothing like be pushed in the deep end hey! sink or swim only options.
Training this weeks is a little slow with all this new work and the rain (which has cancelled one of my hockey session, that is my sprints session gone) but hope to make it up this weekend with 2 games of hockey, swim n a bike ride.
I took on board all my messages and have modified my training a bit, i also have mental changed my thinking about it and its a guide not a bible, Swimming is my bad point at the moment as i have not been in the pool for a month. That will be fixed on the weekend I am hoping if everything settles down!
As for your questions Mel, have been trying to find a running group but I only have lunch times, Mondays n Thursday afternoon's between 5.30 - 7pm to join so it makes it really hard with swimming and running groups plus this week with working all hours and Little Miss is sick (just the flu) its just crazy.
On other news, OH has also created a massive hole in the dinning room wall, a project for Little Miss and any future child that comes along. He is hoping to turn it into a rumps room. I am just scared that i am going to have a hole there till i organise a builder to come fix it hahah.
i m reading all blogs sorry that i have not commented, You are a wonderful coffee break for me so thank you.

Your 100% right, its a guideline, not the bible, do what you can do.
ReplyDeleteI can not confirm or deny the large framed art piece in my living room is covering a hole **hint, hint**
When Kylie's hubby was about to take the photo I did say "I should have done my hair!". I looked at the photo and thought the same thing :)Good luck with all of your projects xox Keep your chin up
