- Ok so I am back on the bike ..... Another lot of emotion crap weeks grrr (Kylie I don't know how you keep it all together) exercise is my only thing where i can keeping my head above water and knowing how to swim!
- With working late and Little Miss I am only getting the morning to exercise- and to do that I have to get up at 3.30am and out the door by 3.45am then i can get in an hour n a half of running or riding before I have to be home so OH can go to work and I can make lunches.
- looking forward to some time off and seeing my Brother (IRONMAN), over Xmas. i have organise a month free gym some small tri at my local club, still trying to get a rental or loan bike for him, but will be talking to someone this Saturday.
- The weather is so nice at the moment, this morning there was not a breath of air but it was not hot and the sun raise was amazing.
- Hockey tonight (yep started already)
- I am on top of my washing
- Oh i won on lotto hahah $29.15 - enough to pay for the pool, hockey and coffee with a girl friend. and maybe some toy wheels for BDD and Jess
- one of my closes friends just had a little boy, I seen him yesterday (4days old) he was beautiful!
- I am hoping that Santa will come - because i still need to do my Xmas shopping and I don't want too!

ReplyDeleteI tell you what, I was out riding at 10 to 6 this morning, and MAAAAN was it fresh. By the time I got home, I spend a full 15 mintues defrosting my fingers, toes and nose.
Seriously, I even think leg warmers were in order this morning... IT'S MEANT TO BE SUMMER DAMMIT!
