A big thank you for all my comments. I feel so much better today and have My chin held high! I think i Need a good vent! I did spent a good part of yesterday thinking and trying to work out solutions and new directions (as that is what i do for a living its very handy in real life) So what are my option and solutions you ask.
I wrote all down and worked out that to move past the anger! and the crap in my head (which is my problem that i can deal with not the coach as he has to work out his own problems :) ) So i have put together new goals and switched my focus to more Tri's and training for the next Tri season and to work towards a 1/2 Ironman a bit earlier then planned (thanks to Mel and her great work in Singapore!!!) as for Hockey Saturday's I still have my GK with my old club down south and on a Sunday (my field hockey position) I will use it as training .. There is endurance and sprints all rolled into one along with head smarts. The pool is about 10km from Hockey so my Sunday plan this week is to ride to the pool (30km's) swim (1km) ride to Hockey (10km) where LM and OH can meet me with my gear and then play Hockey 70mins .. I think it will be good training for a Tri's. What do your think? Plus I will not be focused on (drama) crap and get in and play my game for me. I can increase the swimming and the riding, over time by riding back home again about 80km in total! so i think its a good start.
I also worked out and planned to move my coaching of the regional teams training time starting from the 6th April. So next week will be the last week for about 6 weeks that I can attend this seconds/thirds team training session. So there is no point in moving clubs as even if i make another teams Firsts or Seconds teams, I can't commit to training which that is not fair to the team or the new coach (and i don't have any problem doing it at my current club now) So it all works out in the end :) (but thanks for the suggestion Jess)
So thats part of my plan the other part you will just have to wait and see. :D
Little Miss was so funny last night and i am so happy that spent time with her, she was telling me stories and got all her toys out and laid them all out like an audience well thats what i thought was an audience but i later found out that they where her hockey team and they have not been doing there exercises so everyone had to go thought them again ! it was so funny and so cute! she was yelling at the top of her voice "now ladies if you don't do it correctly we are doing it again" .. and i loved it I am going to steal it for my coaching!!
Later on OH called and I told him all about it ..he laugh and told me that LM is me all over. He also wanted to talk to LM who was watching cartoon's at the time. I was at one end of the couch and LM the other. I asked if she would little to talk to her Daddy on the phone.. She turned to me and said "but your all the way over there. I am not getting up to get the phone." I told OH and we laugh then I told him that LM is him all over.

5 more work days till Hong Kong... and when I get back I can train again!!
You should sign up for the Gold Coast Half Ironman :) Sunday October 3rd. I will be there to cheer you on. If you sign up, pay the money and put it out there that you're going to do it, it means you're committed! And there's no turning back. You can do it !!!
