Monster of a weekend

I have a fun run this weekend
RACQ International Womens day fun run/walk. I nice 5km run that I have been looking forward too. But there has been a mix up with the packs/numbers so i have spent most of the day on email and phone trying to work it all out and the other half i have been on the phone to the local paper for an interview about The Regional quad that i am taking to state for hockey. I am getting nothing done today at work at all.

This weekend is full on with another Hockey tournament, a warm up for the girl before going to state. Its another 2 day event plus i want to fit my fun run in, a bike ride and family time. I know that my bike is not going to happen but i am going to try my hardest to make it.

I got no sleep last night as little Miss was having nightmares and crying about monsters in her room. I was so tried i looked at her and said "I am the thing that monsters are scared off.. Trust me no monster would come near this house, I am the scariest thing in the world to them" see look at me with her tear soaked eyes and said "now i understand Mummy" and turned over. i was so surprised it work. I went back into my room and lied back down to my OH that had heard the whole thing and he said " I understand too. You are one scary women half asleep" we had a good laugh and the house was quiet then to go back to sleep. My mother had a good laugh too this morning when i told her on the phone. This afternoon i will be picking little Miss up from daycare and i think my monster call is going to come back and bite me! .. I dont think i have seen the end  of  what i think was a great out come..

Ok, i know its short but i have soo much to do at work will up date you all tomorrow.
