My little girl is very sick and i have been by her side for the last 48hrs. She is on the mend so i popped into work to get some stuff done before the weekend. and i am so tried. and I think that she may have shared it with me but going to try and get a good sleep tonight so i might be able to fight it off.
Just a Big Thank you the Big Daddy Diesel for answering some of my Tri questions . And yes i would like to know the first question if you don't mind ..LOL i am no lady even if your are a gentlemen :)
ok back to work .. First game of Hockey for the season starts on Sunday for one of my comps and i have a pic of me on 5km run last Sunday.
