Crap is everywhere not just on the car it seems!

Oh i feel like crap today ... My whole body is in uncomfortable in its own skin my head just hurts and i want to go to sleep... 2 more hours then i can go home, and i am counting. I know why i feel like this, i cant go for a run last night as Little Miss was being a hand full and OH was not in a great mood (problems at his work and he has to spend more time away from us :( ). So, I ate a big chocolate bunny last night by myself... and thats why the blah. Why did i eat the bunny you ask .. stress and the general crap in once life that pops it head up.

    2. Firstly, I can't wait for the day that I call a 5km run a "small run" lol.
That seems epic to me at the moment, but I'll be out there with Wonderdog in her hi-vis and me with the stopwatch tonight to try to run more than the 8 minutes I got last time I was running... might try to hit 10 tonight, after all the walking in HK. (Glad to be home btw!!)

And I know what you mean about training making sense... at least you know that's something that will always be there. Can always go for a run or a ride, and it just seems to work... it's like a drug!! Except it's awesome, of course, and drugs are not... Hope you had an awesome weekend chick :)
