The Plan - draft 1

Ok so i have my end goals and what i want now is to put my details into place on how i am going to get there.

  • I have not been running as much as I should. Running is not my strong leg and needs improvement. So starting tomorrow (as i dont have my stuff with me today) I will be running at lunch time. I use to go to the gym but my membership ran out and I have been waiting for my next membership to start (1st June ) so instead of sitting on my arse of my lunch hour I will be running for 45min-1 hr Mon and Wed. 
  • Weekly plan- I need to create a weekly plan that i can stick to and that can change with my week. As things happen in a week that i sometimes have to put my training last in my priories. So need to work out a adaptable plan e.g I could not go to my swimming session at lunch time yesterday as stuff happened at work.
  • Weight - the last 10-15kgs need to be gone.! for Tri and for me! I have got this far why have i not finished it!
  • Food i seem to be manage this well, but not well enough to loss the rest of my weight  so this needs to be relooked at!
  • I start boot camp next Tuesday morning at 6am first one it free so see how it goes! the only thing is that Tuesday will be a huge day with swimming session and then 2hrs of hockey training in the evening so just have to play this one by ear.
  • I have my polar watch back fix for free! yippee but it has no information in it (as it is a new watch) and the information in it was all my weight loss and calories burnt  .. from 100kg (when i bought my watch for getting to 100kg till I got down to my weight now which is 88 -86kg depending on the day and time of month) Which is alot of data missing :( But I have a replacement for nothing and its working correctly for the first time ever. I always thought it was weird how it did things now i know why haha.
Ok thats it for now, need to draft up a weekly plan and get everything organised! Will report back later.

  3. Hi Missy, Yes Gym opens in June they are running a free boot camp on Tuesday and Thursday mornings till June so i thought i would start to go. they start at 6am - 7am nice and cracking early! I still need to visit you! I will try next Tuesday evening as OH will be home. ox Trace

  4. I think I might have said this before... but beginnertriathlete.com gives you an awesome way to plan and track your training and things... and it's free!

    You plan your week, month, whatever and then when you actually train, you enter it in the "actual" mode and you can then see if you've stuck to plan and whatever too.
