Goals for the month

 My January goals fell a little short,

  1. Run 15km in one session
    • I didn't get my 15km run in in one session. I did do a lot of 10km and 12kms but just can't get to the 15km.
  2. Ride 100km in one session
    • i did an 80km and on 75km but no 100km :(
  3. Swim 2.5km in one session 
    • Another goal i fell short on. Lots of 1.5km kms and 2km's but i didn't get to 2.5kms.
  4. Binna Burra Ride 
    • Yep completed twice :D 
  5. Ride to Work 3-4 time 
    • I only rode 2 times :( This is beacuse I have to wait for my OH to take little miss on the Friday and he had meeting all but 2 Friday's - Next month is different thou. He is on holiday's for 3 weeks so i can just about ride everyday.
  6. Lose 3kgs
    • I have not weigh in this month at all. My scales are broken and I have been not focus on the weight but i will make it a point next month.
  7. Yoga/ Core exercises 2 times a week
    • More like once a week :( 

So so close but so far :( Next month i have changed my goals a little

More focus on the combined effect 

Goals for the Month and week :-

  • Run 30km a week (Month - 120kms )
  • Swim 3km a week ( Month 12kms)
  • Ride 150km a week (Month 600kms)
  • Hockey Training 4hours a week ( Month 16hrs )
  • Yoga/Core Workout 2hrs a week (Month 8hrs)
Hope I have not over stretched myself like last month.

  1. You still did have a good month! AND what is impressive, you wrote about your goals and what actually happened. Most people would have not even brought it up. Keep up the great work. I bet Febuary will be a break thru month.
