On Holidays next week

only for a week but its still nice to have sometime off.

I have to work late thou so i can everything tried up before i go. and why does everything break on a Friday??

I have a question. What do you do with old goals that you never achieved because it was out of your control. and what do you do with them when the opportunity presents itself again? I mean you have invested time, money and effort in to this great old goal and at the time it was everything too you.

It crusted me to let this goal go, but it was out of my control, and it would not be healthy to carry it with me. So now I have new goal great ones, I am focused and moving towards them with speed and confidence like never before.

But then someone, thing, freak of nature happens and I have this opportunity opens up .. Just about handed to me with no effort, money or time. I was excited but then I feel like i am turning my back on my other goals for a What If!. I don't feel the same about the old goal anymore. Well part of me does the achiever but the motivator in me says no ..move forward and move on you have learnt and forward is the only way.
So what do you do with great old Goals that present it self to you.

think i need a holiday to work this one out LOL

  1. Depends what your goal was. If it was a fitness goal, I usually add a penalty to it. Example: If I wanted to bike 200 miles in a month and I failed to reach it, I would later make a goal of biking 225 miles. Adding a penalty for not reaching it on schedule. But it all depends on what you goal was.
